Hebron, Then and Forever: Our Special Connection to Chevron

There are three places in the land of Israel that the nations of the world are compelled to admit belong to the Jews: the Cave of Machpelah in Hebron, The Temple Mount in Jerusalem, and Joseph’s Tomb in Shechem, for all three were purchased outright. The first such acquisition was the cave in Hebron by Abraham. This class will explain why Providence ordained that Hebron be the first location where Jewish ownership is established. (Likutei Sichos vol. 25)

Ovadyah Avrahami Samaria, Israel November 20, 2019

Did it occur to you that the historical announcement by the USA regarding the Jewish legal right to Judea and Samaria (which will inspire the Israeli government to declare Sovereignty over it) was made IN this week of Parashat Chayei Sarah 5780 (2019) just a few days ago? So, ultimately, the Promise to Avraham will now bear fruit which he had no proof of even by the time of his death and after having to buy burial ground in the Land promised to him - land which is also the territory of the 'Lost' House of Israel (10 Tribe kingdom) which is destined to return according to Prophecy and many of our Sages. We have signs of that reawakening as millions of non-Jews across the Globe are turning to Torah. Out ancient Heartland is Coming to Life! Reply

Israel: Our Home, Then and Forever All is down to the truthfulness, purity, intensity and vitality of our Desire to return Home.

And we are not too far from that threshold, not too far at all. I dare say, we are almost there. One more drop and it will burst out like holy rain. Reply

This class analyzes an aspect of the weekly Torah portion or upcoming holiday. While providing a basic understanding of the subject matter, the lesson delves into its deeper and more complex dimensions with emphasis on the spiritual relevance to our daily lives. Inspiration for both the novice and advanced student.
