The International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Women Emissaries (Kinus Hashluchos) is underway in New York, bringing together most of the 3,000 women emissaries from around the world—accompanied by about 450 children, and another 1,000 or so guests and supporters, from Thursday, Jan. 28, to Sunday, Jan. 31.
