Thousands of Chabad women leaders from all over the globe who are attending the International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Women Emissaries (Kinus Hashluchos) paused from their workshops and sessions on Feb. 9 to gather in front of Chabad-Lubavitch World Headquarters in Brooklyn, N.Y., and join in the funeral procession of Henya Federman, beloved and pioneering emissary to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
