A group of injured Israel Defense Force veterans – whose lives were forever changed in terror attacks and military actions in Jenin and Samaria, and during the Second Lebanon War – gathered in the village of Kfar Chabad last week for a Chanukah party organized by the Chabad-Lubavitch Youth Organization’s Terror Victims Project.
The party followed a week-long Colorado ski retreat last March organized by the Terror Victims Project, Chabad-Lubavitch of Aspen and Challenge Aspen, a non-profit organization that provides meaningful recreational and cultural experiences to individuals faces with mental or physical challenges.
Every month, the soldiers get together with Rabbi Menachem Kutner to socialize and keep each other updated on their improvements. …
